Consumer protection is an important part of human society. A citizen cannot walk without buying the things he or she needs. Only God is the one whom every person has to buy the goods of his or her life from one place to another and thus become a customer. In this transitional age, the protection of the consumer becomes indispensable and necessary 

Consumers are an integral part of the country's economy. For the development of any country or the sale of any fact, the customer needs to be the first, which is why all the shopkeepers or business people write that "customer is God" and I too have to find the customer, no matter what the product is. 

Today, the population of the country has increased dramatically. Magma of goods has increased due to the growing population. Some of the most popular traders and manufacturers are taking advantage of this situation. They are mixing ghee, oil, milk, fertilizers, petrol, groceries, etc. and sometimes deceiving the consumers. , Some manufacturers and vendors handle malpractices in the production and sale of equipment such as fridge, radio, bicycle, washing machine. On the positives, they rob a pair of fake and low Gunavatavalamam parts cheerer some vendors make artificial milk shortage, ghitela, sugar, oil, etc. to customers in the events causing the need of society "Garaghaka security".

If the government decreases many laws behind the protection of the consumer and is careful not to exploit them, all this information can not be from one student to another. A student can stay absorbed while preventing the exploitation of the consumer for any movement, fault or judgment. If a student can fight, only a student can fight the best and bring about a new consciousness in the society.
Students can explain the principle of the law to the consumer as seen in the building of all things today .The student can
guide the consumer by catching the adulteration of that item and taking the serious form of the confusion in human life and moving on to the original. Things like necessity are like human death due to food adulteration 

Artificial substance may not have fruit name in artificial substance, artificial substance should not be written alphabetically and if artificial material is mentioned in the fruit, if the material is adulterated, then the student will hold the

આપણા દેશમાં ગ્રાહકસુરક્ષા કાયક્રમનો  પ્રારંભ ઈ.સ 1972 થી શુરૂ થયો છે.તેમજ લોકોમાં જાગૃતિ લાવવા દર વર્ષે 15 માર્ચ નો દિવસ "ગ્રાહક અધિકાર દિન " તરીકે ઉજવવાનાં આવે છે। 

ગ્રાહકસુરક્ષા એ માનવસમાજ નું મહત્વ નું અંગ છે. નાગરિક ને પોતાનાં જીવન-જરૂરિયાતની ચીજવસ્તુ ખરીદયા વગર ચાલતું નથી। સંપૂણ કેવાલોં હરિ.ફક્ત ભગવાન જ એવો છે જેને કોઈપણ દરેક વ્યકતિ ને પોતાનાં જીવન-જરિયાતની ચીજવસ્તુ ખરીદવા એક સ્થેળે થી બીજા સ્થળે જેવું જ પડે છે અથાર્ત ગ્રાહક બની જાય છે। આજના આ પરિવતરણશીલ યુગમાં તે ગ્રાહકની સુરક્ષા અનિવાર્ય અને જરૂરી બની જાય છે 

ગ્રાહક એટલે દેશના અર્થતંત્ર નું અવિભાજ્ય અંગ છે. કોઈપણ દેશના વિકાસ માટે કે કોઈપણ વાસ્તુના વેચાણ માટે ગ્રાહકની તો સર્વપ્રથમ જરૂર પડે છે એટલે જ તો "ગ્રાહક ભગવાન  છે " એવું બધાં દુકાનદારઓ કે વેપારી લોકો લખે છે  અને મને પણ છે કે કોઈપણ વસ્તુનું ઉત્પાદન ગમે તેટલું હોય પણ છેવટે તો ગ્રાહક ને જ શોધવાનો છે 

આજે દેશમાં વસ્તીનો ખુબ વધારો થયો છે વધતી જતી વસ્તીને કારણે ચીજવસ્તુઓની મેગ્મા ખુબ વધારો થયો છે આ સ્થિતિનો કેટલાક  ધનલોલુપ વેપારીઓ અને ઉત્પાદકો લાભ ઉઠાવી રહ્યા છે તેઓ  ઘી ,તેલ ,દૂધ ,ખાતર,પેટ્રોલ,કરિયાણું વગેરેમાં ભેળસેળ કરી ગ્રાહકને છેતરે છે કેટલીકવાર પંખા ,ટીવી ,ફ્રિજ ,રેડિયો,સાયકલ,વોશિંગમશીન જેવા સાધનાનો ઉત્પાદન અને વેચાણ  માં કેટલાક ઉત્પાદકો અને વેપરીઓ ગેરરીતિઓ આચરે છે એ નવાં સાધનો માં તેઓ નકલી અને ઓછી ગુણવતાવાળામાં ભાગો જોડીને લોકોને છેતેરે છે કેટલાક  વિક્રેતાઓ કૃત્રિમ અછત ઉભી કરી ને દૂધ,ઘી.તેલ,ખાંડ,વગેરેમાં ભાવવધારો કરી ગ્રાહકોને લૂંટે છે આ સંજોગોએ સમાજમાં "ગરાઘક સુરક્ષા "ની જરૂરિયાત ઉભી થઇ.

ગ્રાહક પોતાની જરૂરિયાત સઘળી વસ્તુઓ જાતે ઉત્પનન કરી શકતો નથી તે પોતાની આવક દ્રારા વેપારી ,વ્યક્તિ કે સંસ્થા પાસે થી જરૂરિયાતની વસ્તુ મેળવવા પ્રયાશ કરે છે પરંતુ આજે બજારમાં અનેકવિધ પ્રકાર ની વસ્તુઓ ખડકાયેલી જોવા મળે છે આથી વસ્તુ પેદા કરનાર અને વાપરનાર ગ્રાહકો વચ્ચે સીધો સબંધ ન રહેવાથી અંતર વધ્યુ છે તેથી ગ્રાહકનું વિવિધ માર્ગે શોષણ થવાથી માલની હલકી ગુણવત્તા ,ઓછું વજન,ભેળસેળ વગેરેનો ભોગ ગ્રાહક બને છે આમ ગ્રાહકમાં જાગૃતિ લાવવા અને પ્રમાણિત  ઉત્પાદનોના વપરાશ માટે વીશેષ અભિગમ કેળવવા ગ્રાહકસુરક્ષા મંડળો શરૂ કરાવવામાં આવ્યા છે ગ્રાહક સુરક્ષા મંડળો શિક્ષણ અને માર્ગદર્શન ઢ્રારા ગ્રાહક જાગૃતિ લાવવાનું કામ કરે છે પરિષદો અને પરિસંવાદો યોજો છે ટીવી,રેડિયો,અને વત્રમાનપત્રોમાં જાહેરાત દ્રારા ગ્રાહકમાં સમાંનતા લાવવા પયાંશો કરે છે  ગુજરાત માં "ગ્રાહક સુરક્ષા "નામનું એક મહત્વનું સામાયિક પણ પ્રકાશિત થાય છે જે ગ્રાહકોને માર્ગદર્શન આપે છે ગ્રાહક સુરક્ષા મંડળો ઉત્પાદકો વેપારીઓની ભેળસેળ પ્રવૃત્તિ બાબતની માહિતી એકઠી કરી તેના પાર કામ ચલાવવા કાયદેસર પગલાં પણ ભરે છે વસ્તુની ભેળસેળ અંગે માહિતી મળતાં અને ભેળસેળ સાબિત થતાં ઉત્પાદકને દંડ અને કેદની સજાની ગ્રાહકસુરક્ષા ધારામાં જોગવાઈ કરવામાં આવી છે 

હવે એ પ્રશ્ર્ન થાય છે કે આમ  વિધાર્થીનું સુ યોગદાન હોઈ શકે ? વિધાર્થી એટલે એ પણ એક દેશનું સબળ અંગ જ કહેવાય। કોઈપણ કાર્ય વિધાર્થી સ્વંગણીને ના કરી  શકાય, દેશનું ભવિષ્ય એક વિધાર્થી જ નક્કી કરી શકે છે।, કોઈપણ કાર્યમાં જાગૃતતા લાવવી  તો એક વિધાર્થી જ લાવી શકે છે. વિધાર્થીને એક નવા વિચારોની તથાં નવી હિમંતની ખાણ કહેવાય છે  .આમ ,ગ્રાહક અને વિધાર્થી બને એક એવા બળ છે કે કોઈપણ કાર્ય બંનેની સાથે રાખ્યા વગર કરી શકાય નહિ। આમ તો વિધાર્થી પણ એક ગ્રાહક જ છે ગ્રાહક સુરક્ષા માટે તેમને પણ જાગૃત રહેવાની જરિયાત હોય છે  .

ગ્રાહકની સુરક્ષા પાછળ સરકાર ઘણાં કાયદા ઘટે છે અને તેમનું શોષણ ના થાય તેની તકેદારી રાખી છે તો આ બધી જાણકારી એક વિધાર્થી એક વધારે કોઈ ને ના હોઈ શકે એક વિધાર્થી જાગૃત રહીને ગ્રાહકનું  શોષણ થતું અટકાવી શકે છે કોઈપણ ચળવળ ,દોષ કે નયાય માટે જે સર્વ પ્રથમ લડી શકે તો એક વિધાર્થી જ સર્વશ્રેઠ લડી શકે છે ને સમાજમાં એક નવ ચેતના લાવી શકે છે।

વિધાર્થીએઓ કાયદાનો દ્ધારા ગ્રાહકને સમજાવી શકે છે જેમ કે આજે મકાન માં બધી વસ્તુ માંભેળસેળ થતી જોવા મળે છે  .વિધાર્થી તે વસ્તુમાં થતી ભેળસેળને પકડી પડી ગ્રાહકોને માર્ગદર્શન આપી શકે છે માનવીના જીવનમાં થતી ભેળસેળ ગંભીર સ્વરૂપ ધારણ કરીને મૂળ વસ્તુને દબાવીને આગળ વધી રહી છે માનવીની જીવન જરૂરિયાતની ચીજવસ્તુ ઓ જેવી છે કે ખોરાકમાં થતી ભેળસેળ ને કારણે માનવી મૃત્યુ પણ નીવડી શકે છે કૃત્રિમ પદાર્થની બનાવટમાં ફળનું નામ ન હોવું જોઈએ કૃત્રિમ પદાર્થનું નામ મોટા અક્ષરે લખેલું ન હોવું જોઈએ તથા કૃત્રિમ પદાર્થ પર ફળનો ઉલ્લેખ થયેલો હોય તો એ માલ ભેળસેળ વાળો હોય તો વિધાર્થી ભેળસેળ ને પકડી પડી ગ્રાહકને માર્ગદર્શન આપે છેઆપણી જીવન -જરૂરિયાત ની ચીજ વસ્તુઓ જેવી કે ચા ,ગોળ,કોફી,ખાંડ,મરચું,હળદર,હિંગ ,ધાણાજીરું,મારી અને ચોખા જેવી ચીજવસ્તુઓમાં વેપારીઓ અનેક ભેળસેળ કરતા હોય છે  તેના અભ્યાસ માં  સાયન્સ દ્રષ્ટિબિંદુએ ચીજવસ્તુમાં થતી ભેળસેળ પકડી પાડી ગ્રાહકને સમજ આપી શકે છે આપણી પ્રાથમિક અનિવાર્ય જરૂરિયાત

આપણે સવારે ચા પીએ છેએ તે ચા માં પણ ભેળસેળ હોઈ શકે  .સફેદ ભીનાં કાગળ પર તે એની ભૂકી મુકવાની કલર બેસે તો તેમાં રંગ ભેળવેલો સમજાવો જો તેમાં લોખંડનો ભૂકો ઉમેર્યો હોય તો તેના પર લોંગચુબક ફેરવવું જોઈએ આમ, ઢગનારા વેપારી ઓ ખાધપદાર્થમાં અનેક ભેળસેળ સસિએનફિક દ્રશ્ટબિન્દુ થી ગ્રાહકની સમક્ષ લાવે છે આમ,ગ્રાહકોએ "આઈ। એસ.આઈ અને એગમાર્ક ના માર્કવાળી ચેજવસ્તુ ખરીદવાનો આગ્રહ રાખવો જોઈએ કારણ કે એ ચેજવસ્તુઓ ગુણવત્તાની દ્રષ્ટિએ ભરોસાપાત્ર હોય છે
ગ્રાહકનું રક્ષણ થાય એ જોવાની બધા ગ્રાહક,ઉત્પાદકો ,વેપારીઓ અને સરકારની ફરજ છે જો આ બધા પરિબળો લોકહિતમાં કાર્ય કરશે તો ગ્રાહકસુરક્ષા સમાજની સુરક્ષાનો  એક  સફળ ભાગ બની રહેશે  .
